La douzième édition du Concours Eurovision de la chanson junior aura lieu le 15 novembre 2014 à Malte.
À la suite de la victoire de Gaia Cauchi, qui représentait l'année dernière Malte, c'est ce pays qui organise l'édition 2014 du concours.
Pour la première fois, il n'y aura pas de ville hôte. C'est toute l'île de Malte qui accueillera le concours.
Le diffuseur sera la chaîne publique PBS.
C'est la troisième fois que le concours a lieu dans le pays du gagnant de l'année précédente.
