L'Albanie vient de choisir son participant à l'Eurovision, il s'agit de Rona Nishliu avec sa chanson " Suus" "Silence". Bien, je viens donc d'écouter la chanson, je vous la déconseille fortement si vous êtes en légère dépression. C'est d'une tristesse à mourir....la chanson, la scénique et même la robe de l'interprète.. Cela dit, quand on écoute ces hurlements, on ne comprend pas bien le titre de la chanson "Silence"....??!!?

Un site internet vient d'être ouvert jusqu'au 1er septembre afin que les candidats potentiels pour l'Eurovision 2012 puissent déposer leurs chansons. 6 chansons seront sélectionnées par vote public et 8 par un jury de professionnels. La finale pour seléctionner la chanson Suisse qui représentera son pays à l'Eurovision 2012 se fera au cours d'une émission qui présentera donc 14 chansons, le 10 décembre 2011.

La Macédoine vient de désigner son représentant pour le Concours Eurovision 2012. Il s'agit de Kaliopi Bukle qui a déjà représenté son pays en 1996. En 2005, elle a fait partie des candidats à la sélection nationale pour l'Eurovision, mais n'étant pas d'accord avec le règlement de la compétition, elle a préféré se retirer. En 2009, Kaliopi a de nouveau tenter sa chance à la sélection macédonienne à l'Eurovision, mais sans succès. En 2012, aprés avoir fété ses 30 ans de carrière, elle défendra les couleur de la Macédoine sur la scéne de Bakou.

Il s'agit de Željko Joksimović. Il a déja participé plusieurs fois au Concours Eurovision.
En 2004 en tant qu'interprète, ou il a fièrement terminé à la 2ème place. En 2006 et 2008 en tant que compositeur. En 2008 il a co-présenté l'Eurovision à belgrade.

L'Irlande a choisi ses représentants pour l'Eurovision 2012. Il s'agit des mêmes que l'année précèdente. L'essai ayant été concluant, les "Jedward" vont donc revenir défendre les couleurs de l'Irlande en 2012 en Azerbaïdjan. Nous auront donc l'occasion de revoir nos 2 "balais-brosses" favoris sauter comme des puces sur la scéne de Bakou.

La Slovaquie ne participera hélas pas au Concours Eurovision 2012 faute de moyens financiers. En 2011, la Slovaquie avait été sponsorisé par l'Allemagne, mais pour la prochaine édition l'Azerbaïdjan ne compte pas faire le même geste.

Finalement la Slovaquie a trouver les fonds pour participer au Concours Eurovision 2012. Ce pays nous propose cette année une chanson trés "rock". Max jason Mai interprétera " Don't close your eyes" " Ne ferme pas tes yeux". La chanson n'est pas désagréable à entendre et mérite , je pense , une place en finale.

Aprés plus de 30 ans d'absence, le Maroc à officialisé sa participation à l'Eurovision 2012. Ce pays participera donc pour la 2éme fois au fameux Concours. Finalement le Maroc ne participera encore pas à l'Eurovision en 2012.
La meilleure position de l'Islande au Concours a été la deuxième place, qu’ils ont obtenu deux fois: en 1999, Selma a représenté l'Islande avec la chanson "All Out Of Luck", et a terminé deuxième derrière la Suède avec la chanson de Charlotte Nilsson, En 2009 retour de l’Islande à la deuxième place, avec Jóhanna et sa ballade "Is It True?" derrière Alexander Rybac pour la Norvège.
En revanche le plus mauvais résultat de l'Islande a été la dernière place, à deux reprises aussi à ce jour: 1989, l'Islande a obtenu la dernire place avec 0 point : Daniel Agust et sa chanson "Thad sem enginn ser" n‘a pas eu un grand succés. En 2001 Deux Tricky arrive en dernière position pour l'Islande , recevant seulement 3 points pour leur performance de "Angel". Avec l'introduction des demi-finales en 2004, l'Islande a automatiquement été qualifiés pour la finale, en raison de la 8e place de Birgitta l'année précédente.

En 2006, la prestation de la crispante et antipathique Sylvia Night ne lui assure même pas une place en finale (tant mieux , l’a regarder déjà une fois était insuportable!!) En 2008, l'Islande a atteint la finale pour la première fois, quand Euroband a chanté "This Is My Life", une chanson « eurodance » , qui a finalement terminé 14e dans le concours. En 2009, l'Islande à nouveau qualifiés de la demi-finale, terminant au premier rang, et finalement à la seconde place dans la finale. Dans le concours 2010, et après avoir pris la 3e place dans la demi-finale, Hera Björk n'a pas réussi à s'accrocher et a finalement terminer 19e dans la finale. En dépit de ces fortunes diverses, l'Islande est le deuxième pays a avoir de bons résultats sans encore jamais n’avoir gagné l’Eurovision (juste derrière Malte). Sigridur Beinteinsdóttir a participé à trois reprises (1990, 1992 & 1994). Selma Björnsdóttir a participé à deux reprises (1999 & 2005), comme Eiríkur Hauksson (en tant que membre du groupe 1986 et artiste solo en 2007.) Le diffuseur islandais pour le concours est Ríkisútvarpið (RUV).
Iceland at Eurovision

In the 2010 contest, and after taking 3rd place in the semi-final, Hera Björk didn't manage to hold on to a good spot eventually finishing 19th in the final. Despite these mixed fortunes, Iceland is the second most successful country never to win the contest (behind only Malta). Sigríður Beinteinsdóttir has participated three times (1990, 1992 & 1994). Selma Björnsdóttir has participated twice (1999 & 2005), as with as with Eiríkur Hauksson (as group member 1986 and solo artist in 2007.) The Icelandic broadcaster for the contest is Ríkisútvarpið (RÚV).

En 2005 on a vu un spectacle du groupe folklorique « Kryner » interprétant une chanson a l’inspiration latine « Y así». Après une absence de trois ans, l'ORF a annoncé le 28 Juillet 2010 que l'Autriche serait le retour à la compétition en 2011, où Nadine Beiler qualifiés dans les demi-finales, a terminé 18éme en finale.
Austria at Eurovision
Austria has Frequently Appeared at the Eurovision Song Contest. The country has won once, in 1966, with the song "Merci Chéri."
And one time in 2014 with Conchita Wurst and her song "Rise like a phoenix"
1966 - Winner
In recent years, Austria's entries Have Tended Towards the humorous, in contrast with the dance-pop Achieving Success. 2003 saw personality and comedian Alf Poier perform "Weil Der Mensch zählt", a song about farm animals. 2005 saw a performance by folk band Global Kryn singing the Latin-inspired "Y así". This Was Austria's first appearance in the semi-final, and the country failed to Qualify for the final. After a Three year absence, ORF Announced on 28 July 2010 That Austria would return to the contest in 2011, Nadine Beiler Where qualified in the semi-final place in the 18th Gaining final.
