Le Concours Eurovision de la chanson 2013 est la 58e édition du concours Eurovision de la chanson dont les trois soirées furent diffusées les 14, 16 et 18 mai.
À la suite de la victoire de Loreen, qui représentait l'année précédente la Suède, c'est ce pays qui organise l'édition 2013 du concours.
Le diffuseur a choisi pour ville hôte Malmö, et Petra Mede pour présenter les trois soirées.
Cette 58e édition du concours est remportée par la chanteuse Emmelie de Forest qui représente le Danemark avec la chanson Only Teardrops, et qui obtient un total de 281 points.
L'Azerbaïdjan et l'Ukraine complètent le podium, suivis de la Norvège et de la Russie.

Le pays hôte, la Suède, termine 14e. L'Italie est le seul membre du Big Five à atteindre le top 10 en terminant à la 7e place.
Les autres membres du Big Five terminent en fin du classement : le Royaume-Uni est 19e, l'Allemagne 21e, la France 23e et l'Espagne 25e.
L'Irlande finit en 26e et dernière position lors de la finale avec 5 points.

Le 21 décembre 2012, il a été annoncé que 39 pays concourront lors de l'édition 2013 du Concours Eurovision de la chanson. L'Arménie revient dans le concours après avoir renoncé à participer au concours 2012 en raison de craintes concernant la sécurité de sa délégation à cause du conflit du Haut-Karabagh en cours avec l'Azerbaïdjan, pays hôte en 2012.
En revanche, quatre pays se retirent du Concours Eurovision de la chanson : la Bosnie-Herzégovine, le Portugal et la Slovaquie en raison de difficultés financières, et la Turquie dans le but de contester les règles du concours.

The Eurovision Song Contest 2013 was the 58th Eurovision Song Contest with the three parties were broadcast on 14, 16 and 18.
Following the victory of Loreen, who represented the previous year Sweden is the country that hosts the 2013 edition of the contest.
The broadcaster has chosen to host city Malmö, and Petra Mede to present three evenings.This 58th edition of the competition was won by the singer Emmelie Forest representing Denmark with the song Only Teardrops, which gives a total of 281 points.Azerbaijan and Ukraine completed the podium, followed by Norway and Russia.
The host country, Sweden, finished 14th. Italy is the only member of the Big Five to reach the top 10, finishing in 7th place.
The other members of the Big Five finish at the end of the ranking: the UK is the 19th, the 21st Germany, France and Spain 23rd 25th.Ireland finished in 26th and last place in the final with five points.

On 21 December 2012, it was announced that 39 countries will compete at the 2013 Eurovision Song Contest. Armenia back into the contest after giving up to the competition in 2012 due to concerns about the security of the delegation because of the Nagorno-Karabakh with Azerbaijan over host country in 2012.
However, four countries withdraw from the Eurovision Song Contest: Bosnia-Herzegovina, Portugal and Slovakia due to financial difficulties, and Turkey in order to challenge the rules of the contest.
