Que dire de la participation du Portugal cette année?
À priori, on l’a bien compris, la RTP1 n’avait pas l’envie ni l’intention d’organiser l’Eurovision 2012...Mais de là à nous imposer ça…
Quand je pense que cette chanson a soit -disant été sélectionnée par les portugais eux -même au cours d’une émission spéciale…
Peut-être ce soir là avaient-ils trop abuser de Caldeira, de Pasteis de nata et de vin de Madère? Ou bien, est-ce une preuve de l’état psychique de la nation portugaise en ces temps de crise économique?
Enfin, je ne sais pas, mais le résultat est surprenant: un groupe de 6 personnes interchangeables, habillés par le secours populaire local avec une chanson au goût de foi de morue et une chorégraphie digne d’une marche de la CFDT.
Les effets spéciaux…à côté des feux d’artifice, du mur d’image de plus de 400m², des costumes qui s’illuminent et des colonnes de feu de plus de 3m des autres participants…4 pancartes en carton « luta è alegria », c’était.. Comment dire…. Je cherche le mot…Ah voilà….SPECTACULAIRE….
Il fallait oser.. Le Portugal l’a fait!
C’était peut-être une parodie mixte des Village People pour les portu-gay?
Ah la la…Le Portugal et l’Eurovision, une grande et longue histoire mais rarement, hélas, un bon classement et aucune victoire à ce jour..

Faut-il créer en plus du F.M.I. un F.A.I (Fonds Artistique International) spécialement pour le Portugal?
Non, l’Eurovision sans le Portugal ne serait pas l’Eurovision!
