L’Arménie ne participera certainement pas au concours 2012 en Azerbaïdjan.
On ne sait pas encore si c’est l’Arménie qui ne veux pas y participer ou si c’est l’Azerbaïdjan qui la exclue??
Les deux pays étant en guerre pour une zone appelée « Haut-Karabagh » et à cause du génocide arménien perpétré par leurs ancêtres .
Actuellement aucun arménien ne peux entrer en Azerbaïdjan.Donc, je ne vois pas comment ils pourraient participer à l’Eurovision??
Certains autres pays menacent de ne pas y participer pour soutenir l’Arménie.
C’est le cas d’Israël , pays allié.
Le contexte politique de cet Eurovision 2012 parait très complexe.

It is not known yet if Armenia does not want to participate or if it is Azerbaijan that the excluded?
The two countries were at war for an area called "Nagorno-Karabakh" and because of the Armenian genocide perpetrated by their ancestors.
Currently no Armenian can enter Azerbaijan.
So I do not see how they could participate at Eurovision?
Some other countries are threatening not to participate to support Armenia.
This is the case of Israel, allied country.

Selon le site arménien « newscom » , le télévision arménienne ARM aurait annoncé sa participation au prochain Concours Eurovision, qui se déroulera dans un pays voisin , mais pas pour autant ami, l’Azerbaïdjan.
L’Arménie va donc se mettre à la recherche d’un concurrent capable de remporter le grand prix en terrain hostile.
Selon le journal Zhamanak, le groupe rock « System of a down » composé de 4 membres et célèbre dans tous le pays ainsi que dans certains pays européens serait favori.
Il faudra encore attendre quelques jours pour que ces bonnes nouvelles soient confirmées.

According to the Armenian site "Newscom", the Armenian television ARM have announced its participation in the upcoming Eurovision Song Contest, taking place in a neighboring country, but not necessarily friends,Azerbaijan.
Armenia is going to start to research a competitor can win the grand prize in hostile terrain. The newspaper Zhamanak, the rock band "System of a down" composed of four members and famous throughout the country and in some European countries would be preferred.
It will take few days for this good news be confirmed.

Après avoir longuement hésité à participer en raison d'une peur d'un manque de protection de la délégation arménienne en Azerbaïdjan, pays avec lequel elle est en guerre au sujet du Haut-Karabagh, l'Arménie décide finalement de prendre part au concours et réserve son choix de chanson et d'artiste à la date limite fixée par l'UER, soit le 17 mars 2012. Placée dans la poule 4, l'Arménie devait participer après tirage au sort à la première partie de la seconde demi-finale, le 24 mai 2012.
Le 7 mars 2012, Jon Ola Sand, superviseur du concours, annonce au nom de l'UER que l'Arménie ne participera finalement pas, en raison de circonstances politiques "en dehors de notre contrôle.

After hesitating to participate due to fear of a lack of protection of the Armenian delegation in Azerbaijan, with which it is at war over Nagorno-Karabakh, Armenia finally decides to take part in competitions and reserve their choice of song and artist by the deadline set by the EBU, or March 17, 2012.
